Vietnam: 1968-1969

#16 South China Sea... Nine 16 inch projectiles are blasted toward targets in the Republic of Vietnam by the main battery of the Battleship New Jersey (BB-62). This nine gun salvo marked the first time all the guns of the main battery were fired in combat at the same time since the ship was recommissioned on 6 April 1968. U.S. Naval Institute
