Quiz Question of the Month |
For many years the Battleship Society has included a quiz question in our monthly newsletter. The subject is almost always battleships, though ringers have been thrown in from time to time. We are going to present some of the old quiz questions on a semi-monthly basis here. Each month around the 1st, a new question will appear, along with the answer to the previous month's question. Or maybe not, depending on how busy the webmasters are. :-)
Once you've seen the answer, if you think you have another or a better answer, send it into the webmaster, and we'll post it here, too. However, we have final say in what goes on this site, though, so we might limit the number of alternate answers. We don't want to get into long arguments either, so just enjoy yourself.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no prizes, and we're not going to post a list of who got it right. This is for your personal entertainment and edification, so don't send us the answer - we already know it. Unless you can prove us wrong. :-)

regularly in the future! Right now we're working on our displays on the ship.
